Miranda Cox

Miranda has worked for over 28years in multidisciplinary clinics in Australia, UK, and Ireland following her graduation from RMIT.   As a mother of three, she is passionate about paediatric osteopathic care and women’s health in order to support families, and it was with this in mind that she established Osteo4kids&adults in 2003 (previously known as Osteo4kids).  She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal issues in infants and children. Miranda works collaboratively with local pediatricians, orthopedic sports surgeons, paediatric dentists, neurological physiotherapists and lactations consultants and refers to the RCH when required. Miranda also has a keen interest in providing palliative osteopathic care and is currently pursuing further  studies in this area. You will find Miranda on the weekends volunteering as a first aid officer and sports trainer for Box Hill united soccer club.

Bridget graduated from RMIT in 2018 and has been working for 6 years now. Bridget is recently a new mum and has a keen interest in treating musculoskeletal issues in babies such as Functional torticollis,club foot, post hip dysplasia bracing,  plagiocephally, abdominal muscle pain linked to reflux and colic and supports oral myology with feeding issues in babies. Bridget also has a keen interest in the treatment and support of active sporty kids and adolescents utilising her own sporting knowledge from years of hockey to create individual treatment and management plans. 
Bridget has continues to develop BIODYNAMIC and CRANIAL osteopathic skills and uses a combination of direct and indirect techniques to assist individuals towards their optimal health.
​Bridget also enjoys assisting with headahces back pain and postural scoliosis issues and continues to develop skills in women's and childrens's health. 
When not treating you can catch Bridget enjoying time with her husband and baby, coaching hockey or walking her dog buddy while scouting out new coffee places.

​Jewel graduated from RMIT in 2018 and has been working for over 6 years. Jewel is also a fully registered Pilates Instructor. Jewel has a keen interest in women's health and pregnancy musculoskeletal care. Jewel had undertaken several post-graduate studies in pregnancy, paediatric  and traditional osteopathic studies in BIODYNAMIC and CRANIAL osteopathic care.This allows Jewel to constantly expand her knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient centred care. You will often find the whole family seeks Jewels exceptional osteopathic care and book in as one group. Jewel has a strong belief in people being active in their own recovery and she works with the in house clinic multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach.

Sarah Graduated from RMIT in 2013 and has now worked for over 11 years . Sarah is trained as a biodynamic cranial osteopath and enjoys providing exceptions high standard of care of patients of all ages. Sarah has completed several post graduate courses in pregnancy , paediatrics and oral myology to support pre and post frenectomy surgery and non surgery tie cases. Sarah in her years of working in Melbourne and Perth has gained experience working with a wide range of patients from the newborn infant  to the elderly and pregnant patient. Sarah's areas of interest include CRANIAL and BIODYNAMIC osteopathic care as well as paediatric osteopathic care. You will find Sarah treating many families across the generations in the clinic. Sarah assists babies with musculoskeletal presentations of feeding difficulties , plagiocephally, functional torticolis, club foot, development gross motor delays and  muscular abdominal pain post constipation or reflux.

Sarah also offers home visits by request to patients with complex medical care issues.

Sarah aims to help her patients achieve better health by addressing the whole person . She tailors her osteopathic treatment to suit each individual needs, with the goal of restoring function an movement to get her patients back to their normal daily activities. When Sarah is not treating you will find her hunting down the best coffee in Melbourne or spending time at our gorgeous Australian beaches and walking in nature.

Cathy graduated from Victoria University with a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in 2014 and has now worked for over 10 years . Cathy is trained in  a post graduate  high standard of care for internal and external pelvic pain and has completed a chronic pain course to support her exceptional care of her  patients.

From the moment Cathy began doing bodywork in 2009, Cathy was passionate about providing a high standard of care for all her patients which also was aimed at resting their central nervous system to find a place of rest in their treatment.

From starting as a remedial masseur and now a practitioner of  osteopathy, internal pelvic work, and a doula, Cathy has always felt deeply connected to the power of intentional safe touch. Working in pelvic health area brings together all of her passions in osteopathy remedial massage and now internal pelvic release practitioner. 

Her focus is on helping you feel more grounded in your body and particularly helping you adapt to pregnancy and prepare for birth and postpartum.

Whether you’re pregnant, a parent, or simply seeking a holistic approach to , you can count on your treatments being coupled with intentional conversation, education and manageable post-treatment advice.

Cathy also enjoy supporting and treating patients who suffer from acute and chronic  pain. Cathy's high level of osteopathic care and management may assist with  reducing chronic pain. She also enjoys educating patients  about pain perception and how to return to normal daily activities.

With over 18 years' experience as a remedial therapist treating her clients soft tissues conditions, Sana has treated a range of conditions, including various sporting injuries, headaches and postural conditions. Sana enjoys being able to increase patients' awareness of action and postural considerations that may contribute to any muscular pain the clients are experiencing . Using various soft tissue and fascia release techniques and prescribing exercises, her aim is to empower her clients to be able to manage their body's health. She uses a number of techniques, including deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, fascial release and manual lymphatic drainage. 

Sana spends her free time painting, gardening and eating out in Melbourne's beautiful restaurants. Sana is also besotted with her kitten Sabrina.
