Miranda Cox

Miranda has worked for over 28years in multidisciplinary clinics in Australia, UK, and Ireland following her graduation from RMIT.   As a mother of three, she is passionate about paediatric osteopathic care and women’s health in order to support families, and it was with this in mind that she established Osteo4kids&adults in 2003 (previously known as Osteo4kids).  She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal issues in children.

Miranda continues to build her treatments skills with annual post graduate training courses on traditional osteopathy studies BIODYNAMIC OSTEOPATHY

Since graduating from RMIT in 2018, Bridget has been working as an osteopath across Melbourne. Bridget has a keen interest in the treatment and support of active kids and adolescents, utilising her own sporting knowledge to create individual treatment and management plans!

Bridget has continued to develop BIODYNAMIC & CRANIAL biodynamic  osteopathic skills, and uses a combination of direct and indirect techniques to assist individuals towards optimal health. Bridget also enjoys assisting with headaches, postural strain, and continues to develop skills in women's and children's health.

When not treating, you can catch Bridget at hockey, walking her dog Buddy or scouting out new coffee places (recommendations always welcome!).

Sarah graduated from RMIT in 2013 with a Masters in Osteopathy. She has worked across Western Australia and Victoria, gaining broad clinical experience treating many clinical conditions. Sarah enjoys treating families, including paediatrics to older adults.
Sarah has completed further studies in Biodynamics in the Cranial Field Phases I to V, Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation Fundamentals Course, and Paediatrics and Primitive Reflexes: An Osteopathic Approach. She continues to further her post-graduate training in Cranial Biodynamic
treatment.
Outside of Osteopathy Sarah enjoys drinking coffee, reading, ballet and tennis.

Cathy Penrose

Cathy is a very well known registered Osteopath who has been working in the northern suburbs (Fairfield Osteopathic clinic) for years. Cathy is currently also studying to become a Doula, which is super amazing.

A graduate from VUT, Cathy is a passionate Osteopath who has a particular interest in treating women's musculoskeletal health issues in pregnancy and chronic pain, children's sports injuries, and migraines.

Jewel Finnigan

Jewel graduated from the University of RMIT in 2018. She is passionate about treating women's health, pregnancy, and paediatrics. She has also undertaken further studies in the biodynamic cranial field, paediatrics, and visceral manipulation. Jewel uses a combination of techniques in her treatments, including soft tissue, articulation, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and BIODYNAMIC CRANIAL  osteopathy. This allows her to tailor her treatments to each individual. 
When Jewel isn't at the clinic treating, she is teaching pilates. This allows her to incorporate exercise prescriptions into her appointments and help new mothers return back to health after delivery.

Mary Moore 
B.Sc (ClinSci), Master of Health Science (Osteopathy)

Mary became interested in Osteopathy whilst completing her Biomedical Science degree. During this time, she discovered she had a profound interest in functional anatomy and rehabilitation, and became fascinated by the holistic approach that Osteopathy applies to health care. 

Mary has an interest in treating a wide range of patients, including children, women’s health conditions, and the elderly. Her treatments encompass a mixture of structural and functional techniques. She is currently expanding her practice in the studies of Biodynamic Osteopathy and enjoys applying this approach to her treatments. She is passionate about Osteopathy and about using its principles to help improve her patient’s health and recovery.

Remedial Massage Therapist - Available Monday

With over 18 years' experience as a remedial therapist treating her clients soft tissues conditions, Sana has treated a range of conditions, including various sporting injuries, headaches and postural conditions. Sana enjoys being able to increase patients' awareness of action and postural considerations that may contribute to any muscular pain the clients are experiencing . Using various soft tissue and fascia release techniques and prescribing exercises, her aim is to empower her clients to be able to manage their body's health. She uses a number of techniques, including deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, fascial release and manual lymphatic drainage. 

Sana spends her free time painting, gardening and eating out in Melbourne's beautiful restaurants. Sana is also besotted with her new kitten Sabrina.
