Miranda Cox

Miranda has worked for over 28years in multidisciplinary clinics in Australia, UK, and Ireland following her graduation from RMIT. As a mother of three, she is passionate about paediatric osteopathic care and women’s health in order to support families, and it was with this in mind that she established Osteo4kids&adults in 2003 (previously known as Osteo4kids). She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal issues in infants and children. Miranda works collaboratively with local pediatricians, orthopedic sports surgeons, paediatric dentists, neurological physiotherapists and lactations consultants and refers to the RCH when required. Miranda also has a keen interest in providing palliative osteopathic care and is currently pursuing further studies in this area. You will find Miranda on the weekends volunteering as a first aid officer and sports trainer for Box Hill united soccer club.

Jewel Finnigan

​Jewel graduated from RMIT in 2018 and has been working for over 6 years. Jewel is also a fully registered Pilates Instructor. Jewel has a keen interest in women's health and pregnancy musculoskeletal care. Jewel had undertaken several post-graduate studies in pregnancy, paediatric and traditional osteopathic studies in BIODYNAMIC and CRANIAL osteopathic care.This allows Jewel to constantly expand her knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient centred care. You will often find the whole family seeks Jewels exceptional osteopathic care and book in as one group. Jewel has a strong belief in people being active in their own recovery and she works with the in house clinic multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach.

Sarah Graduated from RMIT in 2013 and has now worked for over 11 years . Sarah is trained as a biodynamic cranial osteopath and enjoys providing exceptions high standard of care of patients of all ages. Sarah has completed several post graduate courses in pregnancy , paediatrics and oral myology to support pre and post frenectomy surgery and non surgery tie cases. Sarah in her years of working in Melbourne and Perth has gained experience working with a wide range of patients from the newborn infant to the elderly and pregnant patient. Sarah's areas of interest include CRANIAL and BIODYNAMIC osteopathic care as well as paediatric osteopathic care. You will find Sarah treating many families across the generations in the clinic. Sarah assists babies with musculoskeletal presentations of feeding difficulties , plagiocephally, functional torticolis, club foot, development gross motor delays and muscular abdominal pain post constipation or reflux.
Sarah also offers home visits by request to patients with complex medical care issues.
Sarah aims to help her patients achieve better health by addressing the whole person . She tailors her osteopathic treatment to suit each individual needs, with the goal of restoring function an movement to get her patients back to their normal daily activities. When Sarah is not treating you will find her hunting down the best coffee in Melbourne or spending time at our gorgeous Australian beaches and walking in nature.

Patrick Schrader

Patrick has a rich background in martial arts, rugby, and dance. His journey into osteopathy began after a shoulder injury led him to seek treatment from an osteopath. The remarkable results he experienced sparked a deep passion for the field. Patrick's commitment to healthcare grew even stronger after being diagnosed with scoliosis. Through consistent osteopathic treatments, he was able to maintain an active and pain-free lifestyle. This personal experience inspired him to expand his knowledge and skills, focusing on helping others achieve similar results.
Patrick specializes in treating rib and cervical spine complaints, drawing on his extensive training and personal experience to provide effective and compassionate care.
Outside of his professional life, Patrick enjoys exploring the world of ballroom dancing, cheering for the Richmond Tigers in the AFL, and indulging in gaming. On weekends, he loves spending quality time with his two kids, embarking on exciting adventures together.
Patrick is eager to share his expertise and passion for osteopathy with our community. Whether you're dealing with an injury or seeking preventive care, Patrick is here to support your journey to better health.

​Cathy is an osteopath, pelvic health practitioner and doula serving families in Melbourne’s north, with fifteen years of experience offering heartfelt intuitive body work and care. Currently offering a range of services including osteopathy, internal pelvic release work and pregnancy and birth support as a doula.
Cathy treats a broad range of conditions and has a special interest in reproductive health and nervous system support. Through active consent, collaboration and ongoing professional development she practices neuro-affirming and trauma aware care.

When Cathy is not tending to people's bodies, she can be found tending to her garden with her children, chickens and dog under foot, while husband Brooke makes art or music in his backyard studio. She enjoys music, food, yoga and cackling with friends around the fire with a chai or wine.

With over 18 years' experience as a remedial therapist treating her clients soft tissues conditions, Sana has treated a range of conditions, including various sporting injuries, headaches and postural conditions. Sana enjoys being able to increase patients' awareness of action and postural considerations that may contribute to any muscular pain the clients are experiencing . Using various soft tissue and fascia release techniques and prescribing exercises, her aim is to empower her clients to be able to manage their body's health. She uses a number of techniques, including deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, fascial release and manual lymphatic drainage.
Sana spends her free time painting, gardening and eating out in Melbourne's beautiful restaurants. Sana is also besotted with her kitten Sabrina.
